Welcome to the second annual 420 Film Fest !
If you like to make movies, support the 420 lifestyle and are looking for a film fest that supports your lifestyle, then this is your Film Fest!
Films must be no more than 4 minutes 20 seconds in length, 5 mins including title & credits. Films must also must be "420" themed. We will be taking longer films this year however they will only be available for viewing online.
MULTI-MEDIA: Music Video, Animation, Claymation, Drama, Comedy, Adult , Documentary
Categories can include: Food, Clothing, Shelter, Medical, Environmental, Political, Recreational, or anything else! The top videos will be shown on April 20 2010!

Submission Closing Date: Midnight April 1, 2010
We encourage all 420 friendly video makers to submit their videos to our website before the cut-off. Any submissions received after the cut-off date will be considered for next years event. Voting Opens: Currently Open - to registered users only, registration is free.
Voting Closes: Midnight April 10, 2010
TOP 20 Finalists will be announced April 12, 2010
High quality copies of productions need to be available for all finalists.
TOP 20 Finalists to provide full quality copy to 420 Film Fest by Midnight April 1st 2010.
TOP 12 films will be shown at a local theater (to be determined) on April 20th.

The Official Winners of the 1st Annual 420 Film Festival are as follows 1st Place - Johnny Appleweed with 19 votes 2nd Place - Blaze with 17 Votes 3rd Place - Bruce Campbell is not in this movie Part 2 with 14 votes 4th Place - 400 Bowls with 12 votes For the two film makers who could not be at the screening we will be contacting you to ship you out the prizes soon. Another great big shout out to the artists and sponsors and general thank you to all supporters We will be arranging workshops for those who wish to learn to use their editing/production software for future films. Give us about a week and we will post some information about the classes.
